I’ve got a 14-minute total body cardio workout that you are gonna love! 

 

This session requires no equipment (no excuses!) and can be done absolutely anywhere. 

We’re gonna do 8 moves in 14-minutes. I sneak 10-second rest intervals in between moves. 

Those rest periods give you a little break so you can really push in the next move. 

So, don’t hold back! Press play and give it your all.
